Cordilleran Ice Sheet:
One of two large ice sheets that covered most of northern North America during the late Pleistocene. During the Fraser glaciation, the Cordilleran ice sheet extended south into the Puget Sound and covered much of the North Cascades, and Okanagon Mountains.
